Yes, you can use a Gift Card or eGift to buy any product in a Clarks or Clarks Outlet store in the UK and ROI (Republic of Ireland), except for other Gift Cards.
Yes, our trained fitters are able to find a quiet space in the store for children who find busy spaces uncomfortable. Some stores are able to hold special quiet evenings, or do fittings outside of normal hours to cater for specific needs. Contact your preferred store to discuss your needs.
Our stores are not currently able to offer CollectPlus as an option when placing an order. Orders placed in store (for items that are not in stock in that store) can be ordered to a home address or back into the ordering store for collection.
Our store staff are able to check a product's Star Rating for you.
We will email you when your order is ready to be collected. We'll also text you if you provided a mobile number when you placed your order.
Your order will be kept in store for 14 days from when we email you, after which time we will refund you automatically if you haven't collected.
