Gift Cards & eGifts

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are credit-card sized cards which can be loaded with values between £5 and £500. Some cards purchased in non-Clarks locations such as supermarkets may have a pre-denomination which will be stated on the card at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards can be used to pay for orders in any of our full price Clarks stores and Clarks Outlet, in both the UK and ROI (Republic of Ireland). This excludes other brand stores that stock Clarks as part of their range (Clarks Stockists). Unfortunately we cannot currently accept gift card payments online.

Buy a Gift Card

Gift Cards can be purchased from any of our full price and Outlet UK and ROI (Republic of Ireland) stores excluding Clarks Stockists. You can also buy a Gift Card from our dedicated website.

Please note: we do not accept Solo, American Express or PayPal.

Gift Cards purchased online will be sent by first class post. A signature will be required. For special delivery all orders need to be placed before 3pm. Orders placed on a Sunday will take an extra day.

Using your Gift Card

You can spend your Gift Card in any of our full price and Outlet UK and ROI (Republic of Ireland) stores excluding Clarks Stockists or online.

You can use your Gift Card to buy any product available in store (excluding more Gift Cards).

You can use a Gift Card as part payment towards a purchase, and use another payment method for the remainder of the balance.

You can also use up to 5 Gift Cards at once to cover the amount of your purchase.

Any leftover balance after using your Gift Card on a purchase will remain on the card for 5 years, and can be used as payment on a future purchase.

Checking & adding Gift Card balance

When you first receive your Gift Card, the amount on the card can be found on the enclosed gift receipt (if purchased from store) or written inside the greeting card.

Check the balance here at any time. Enter the 19 digit card number and 4 digit PIN found on the back of the card. Alternatively you may prefer to visit a Clarks Store or Contact Us.

Your 19 digit gift card number is found under the barcode on the back of the card. The PIN is a 4 digit number that you find by scratching off the relevant panel above the barcode. Please take care when scratching off the panel as damaged gift cards will not be accepted.

You can add more funds to a Gift Card in any of our UK and ROI (Republic of Ireland) stores to the value of £500. You cannot top up online.

Expiry

The Gift Card will expire 5 years from purchase or last use, which includes making a balance enquiry. After expiry, we will not refund any balance remaining.

eGifts

An eGift (electronic gift card) is like a Gift Card but they are sent to you by email. As with Gift Cards, eGifts can only be used in Clarks Stores and Clarks Outlet Stores in the UK and ROI. It is just the method of delivery that is different; eGifts are delivered via email.

At the tills you can present the eGift on your mobile device or take a printed copy.

Using your eGift

You can spend your eGift in any of our UK and ROI (Republic of Ireland) stores, excluding Clarks Stockists or online.

You can use your eGift to buy any product available in store (excluding more Gift Cards).

You can use an eGift as part payment towards a purchase, and use another payment method for the remainder of the balance.

You can also use up to 5 eGifts at once to cover the amount of your purchase.
